1. How do I remove the arrows in Mega Menu? How do I remove the text under menu sub headings? I have tried all options including checking the ”hide text” and ”hide arrow” boxes in the mega menu settings under Appearance–>Menus.
The text and arrows are still not going away as shown in the screenshot. Please Help!

2. Our Shop page is working fine, but at the backend the page is not showing any elements in it. Its showing as blank. This happened after the latest update of Uplift. Please help with this too.

1) Your mega menu is not active on that menu. You need to enable it first per menu.

2) The shop page you have set within the WooCommerce settings? This will never display anything on the backend it should be a blank page. The settings for this are in Theme Options => WooCommerce Options => Shop Options.
