    There’s an extra pipe or vertical line next to the “Login/Sign Out”. I need some css to hide it.

    Add this to your custom css:

    #header-section .header-menu .menu li:nth-child(2), #mini-header .header-right nav .menu li:nth-child(2) {
  border-left: none;
}
