Hero Header options

Hi,

Big fan of the theme first of all! I’ve been wanting to know if there are some features to Hero Header that I might be overlooking.

First of all, on my contact page I was hoping to have Google Maps appear as the hero header. I know I could simply take a cut out of the map and put in a static image but I thought it’d be even better if I could actually embed maps into the header. Is this at all possible? Or is there a similar workaround?

Finally, I’m a big fan of the parallax effect that Hero Header has when scrolling down the page. Problem is on my home page I’m having to use Swift Slider for the button options. Is there a way to either add this parallax effect to Swift Slider, or to add buttons to Hero Header?

I tried looking for solutions to all of these but came up with nothing, so my apologies if this has been touched on before.

You can just set a google map asset on your page and check the box to ‘remove top spacing’ so that it’s displayed right below the header

I’ve got a question about Hero Heading too.

I notice that there’s a delay for the hero to load. Is there anyway I can remove/minimize the delay for load time?

You mean the transition time? There’s no delay set, that’s just dependent on how fast your hosting is
