Hey . hope your well. I just encountered a funny issue. My website http://119.18.57.40/ on ipad 2 shows under new arrivals a symbol like this <> just below catagory, and they r kind of active links like a scroll. this doesnt show on the demo version of your site on my ipad. Infact it doesnt even show on Ipad mini that i have. it didnt even show until day before yesterday not sure why it is coming. i tried restarting everything. also on the product page http://119.18.57.40/product/white-floor-length-anarkali/ the + and – sign next to the add to bag button are missing. do u think we can fix this ?? as these issues dont show on your demo site so i guess something is wrong with my site. surprisingly these issues donst show if i change the device.

Can you share a screenshot of that problem? Because I didn’t encounter any issues, did you disable the responsiveness in the theme options?

Hi my problem has resolved , but im facing a new problem on the neighborhood theme , actually 2 problems.

1. when i start the zoom in feature, my product actually zooms out, not sure why this happens. here is the link.

2. i cant access the support forums, with my license key when i enter it , nothing happens what shud i do.

3. can u advise me what is the ideal size for images for a good woocommerce site with your theme neighborhood. My thumbnails appear blurry even after using the regenration plugin. can u have a look.
