Help! website either not loading or icons not showing on some browsers

Hello,

I have been having intermittent problems with the website for about 2 weeks now.

I have tried uninstalling plug-ins, reactivating them, clearing out ones that weren’t being used and I’m a bit lost as to what is wrong. Can you please take a look.

It seemed to be working fine for me on Friday at a different IP address. Now from another it’s either not loading at all on Chrome (having clearerd cache), on Firefox the gizmo icons are not loading (see screenshots)

E.g. on the Home page I have quite a few like these:

I recently change the animation delay to a smaller number, could this be causing a problem? Do these Gizmo’s require a plug-in?

Would you be able to take a look to see if I have the correct plug-ins installed or if I need to have others activated and that is causing the problem?

I manage to see without any problem, and you don’t have any error in the javascript console.

From what you describe it can be some cache issue. try to clear the cache or use Chrome in Incognito mode (Ctrl + Shift + n)
