help how do i Make home page wided

Hi I am trying to make the pages wider like in the demo on themeforest
mine seems narrower then the demo. i also have it set for 2 side bars ans only one is showing up. http://kittyboots.com/heroes/

2. image size for center what is the max without over lapping.

3 most of my images are portrait when i try to do thumb nail image a lot of it get cut off how do i adjust that?

Hi Tommy,

In the General theme options, you have a setting to make the theme Full Width. Combine that with no sidebars and you can make it as wide as the theme can get.

2. Not sure I understand? Do you mean what is the width of the center column in a 3 column layout (content with 2 sidebars) ? That would be 460px

3. Maybe try a plugin? http://wordpress.org/plugins/post-thumbnail-editor/

Ok will try 2 and 3
But the width is not working i already had that set full width in general.
it seem like 2 inches short from the demo.
Would you like to check it out in my admin panel?

homepage header image not centered or full sized, even tho full size is selected
only getting 1 side bar ever tho i have both side bars selected.

The image has a lot of white space as you can see http://kittyboots.com/heroes/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/headerwide2.jpg if you took that out the image would be centered

Hi Tommy,

The header advert can’t work like a full width slider as the one you see in the demo. The advert is only nine columns wide and it’s designed to fit like the one you see on the right side of the logo in our demo. I think it may be better for you to try and use the slider instead.

Ok I am trying do to what you said I created a slider i used the page meta revolution slider for logo.
But i am still running into problems
1 i still can not get slider to span the full width with out messing up.
2 i removed the logo image and now i get the supreme magazine logo which i cant rid of.
3. i need to get the slider to but to the top without spaces and cant seem to do that.
4 I need the menu right under the slider
5 i still need the images on side bar and content to be larger.

I have gone thru the whole documentation it it does not cover any of my question.
or how to set a a basic page with you template. I have worked with many templates but seem to be having a lot of trouble with this one just setting up a basic site. and there are no other videos or other doc’s explaining this template.

it has been 3 days of emailing about sizing and i have not gotten any further with setting up a header logo and images sizes to match your demo template.
Would it be easier for you to just go in and set up my header? and side bars?
I got this template like my other ones to save me time.
I will spend one more day with it if not i will have to choose another template.

Hi Tommy,

1. Please check your site, I’ve set the slider to full width

2. You still need to replace the logo with your own (ours is 322×45 px)

3&4 – this is not possible with the theme; it will require code customizations for which I suggest hiring a freelancer, as support cannot cover them.

5. The site is already set at full width. Unless you prefer to hire someone and completely change the framework layout of the theme, I would suggest not using a 2-sidebar layout for your homepage. Try with just one sidebar, or no sidebars at all, as you can create your homepage completely with the Page Builder.

2 i dont need a logo the slider is the logo i just wan to get rid of supreme logo i dont need that white space.

5. will that make the side bar images larger and content images larger like in the demo?

also on question 5 all i am is for the layout to look like you demo here do i have to hire a programer for that? http://themeforest.net/item/supreme-retina-responsive-magazineblog-wp-theme/full_screen_preview/3959334 it has 2 side bars and all the images are large. I thought that was part of the template.

That slider is for your blog posts – not a static image.

If you go to supreme options in your dashboard and select ‘header options’ you can upload a customer header logo.
