    I see you have a 500 internal server error.

    Please open your wp-config.php file and add this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

    Can you activate the Joyn theme so your child theme is deactivated? Let’s re-test then.

    Hi,

    I found this is a bug theme Joyn with Super search !!

    The problem is: Theme Options> Header options> Header Right Config: if I add “Super search”, the website is black

    I tested with another hosting and the same files, the problem is the same.

    Currently it is used imporssible Super Search, you must quickly contact your developer to correct this error.

    I really lost a lot of time owing to this pb

    This is not something I can replicate with the latest version.

    Please open your wp-config.php file and add this: define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);

    I had already added this line in wp-config.php
    it does not change anything

    If I delete “super search” in Header Right Config, it works

    Sorry but the problem is still not resolved. Do I have to give great search?

    I tested :
    – Disabling all extensions
    – On other web hosting with the same configuration
    – Disabling the child theme

    But it does not work
