Hello!
I’m having a few issues with my site:1. In the contact page if I use the phone number as a link in my iphone to make a call the website freezes with the loading animation and I have to do a reload.
2. In the desktop version I used the the logo padding to have 0 distance from the top of the page. But this didn’t affected the mobile header. Is there an option that i’m missing?
3. I’m using a video in a row background and i’m getting a few issues.
3.1 I can’t align the elements (text) to the top of the row.
3.2 Sometimes the video doesn’t fill It’s complete height.
As you can see in the images attached there’s a gap between the previous row image and a gap between the footer .
Sometimes it works but if I resize the browser the same thing happens, other times the text goes behind the footer.
3.3 In the swift slider I have the option to use an image as the video replacement for mobile devices. How can i do it with rows?Thank you

Apologies for the delay in our reply – we are never usually that slow to reply.
1) Thanks for pointing that out, I’ve just fixed that issue for the next update. Happy to provide the new build if you need it.
2) You can use this custom css:
#mobile-logo { padding-top: 5px; }
3.1/3.2) Can you provide a link to where I can see this?
3.3) The same is true for the parallax asset, just upload an image to the image field.
Thanks,
– Ed

Thank you for the reply, no problem for the delay1.When is the new update coming out?
2. the css didn’t work…
3.1/3.2 link: helvetplus.com
3.3 I think I formulated the wrong question. My row has a video in the background instead of an image. And I can’t find the image replacement field.
thank you

2) Adjusted that for you.
3.1) See this option in the row options – https://www.dropbox.com/s/8iaksvq50bb7jvs/Screenshot%202015-04-10%2000.17.24.png?dl=0
3.2) Select Row background type image, and then the image option will show – we are adjusting this to show for video too.– Ed
April 10, 2015 at 8:53 am #164224Hello!
1. ok I will do the update
2. Done!! Thank you very much
3.1 I tried it already, when i do it, see attachment “align_middle”
The elements don’t align to the top of the row.
I notice now that if I change this row’s background to an image the elements align to the top, so probably It has something to do with the fact that i’m using a video, some kind of bug.
3.2 I’m still getting the gaps above a below a row’s video background, as you can see in the new attachment “gap” that I explained in the first post.
3.3 So what you are saying is that, there isn’t for now an option in row’s video background to show an image in mobile devices instead?Thank you

3) Do you have padding vertical on your row?
4) Check if your have margin vertical on your row
5) There is this option for Rows, just choose ‘image’ as your row bg type, add your image, then change back to ‘video’

This is taking a bit longer than I espectedApril 20, 2015 at 9:23 am #166368Hi there,
Ever so sorry, I did reply to you over the weekend, but somehow my reply wasn’t posted.
3.1) We have adjusted this for the next update, this is controlled by this css:
.spb-row-container.spb_parallax_asset { padding-top: 80px; padding-bottom: 80px; }
I also set the vertical alignment to NO – which sets the contents to the top of the row.
3.2) Where is this video visible?
3.3) There is, but you need to set it to the image row option to be able to set it – then you can set it back to video again. We are addressing this.

April 20, 2015 at 4:06 pm #166513Hi
An update would be great.3.1 still not working
I used the css code and nothing happens…3.2 all this issues are happening here: http://helvetplus.com/about/
3.3 done!
thank you
April 20, 2015 at 4:58 pm #166530Sorry that I wasn’t clear before, adjust that css to this to remove the padding:
.spb-row-container.spb_parallax_asset { padding-top: 0; padding-bottom: 0; }
3.2) What browser and window size are you seeing this at? All fine here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/psqhuecjw4padga/Screenshot%202015-04-20%2017.57.56.png?dl=0

April 22, 2015 at 2:39 pm #167375Hello
I did tried the code and I had previously adjusted to 0px.
every other row is adjusted except the one one with the video…3.2) I’m using Yosemite and I tried in safari, chrome and firefox all with the same results.
As you can see in the attached image there’s a gap between the video and the footer that shouldn’t exist (the image that is in the gap is the image that replaces the video in mobile devices).
This gap happens when I resize the browser window.
I don’t know it’s a pattern but I think It only happens when I grow the browser window vertically.Thank you
