    Hi,

    I’m trying to add a link to the main menu top bar menu of my wordpress site.

    What I’ve done:
    Go to appearance>menus>Main Menu top bar menu> add link>add to menu>save menu>delete cache>refresh

    This doesn’t work. Likewise, I have removed a link from the main menu top menu bar and don’t see it when I access the dashboard, but still see it when I go onto our site.

    I should mention that I am having an issue with my WPML Multilingual CMS plugin. It prevents me from uploading files to my media library. As a temporary fix, I disable the plugin, upload the media file, and reactivate it afterwards.

    I have also not updated the version of wordpress I am running because the last time we did this, we encountered a slew of problems with some our plugins no longer working.

    Any help would be VERY much appreciated.

    Thx.

    Hi,
    I see that Main navigation is displaying perfectly now. Which menu is missing?
    Thanks
    Mohammad

    Hi Mohammad,

    This is the error msg I get when I try and add a link.
    I’ve again tried to reactivate and deactivate the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin and clear the cache and nothing seems to work.

    Thanks!

    Hi,
    It seems any plugin issue. Please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    Thanks
    Mohammad

    Hi Mohammad,

    I’d like to avoid doing that, if possible. Last time I deactivated and reactivated all the plugins, it created major issues with the site and I had to hire someone to fix it. Is there another alternative?

    tks.

    Hi,
    Please open to edit wp-config.php at wordpress root installation directory.
    Find this code:-
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    Change to-:
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
    Thanks 🙂
    With Best Regards
    Mohammad
