I am interested in creating a one-page design for each set of pages for my site. Each page would include sections. My desire is to include the page in the main header menu along with the page sections as sub-menu items.

For example, a header menu;

HOME
ABOUT
-ABOUT US <- section on the ABOUT page
-OUR VALUES <- section on the ABOUT page
-OUR AWARDS <- section on the ABOUT page
PORTFOLIO
-CATEGORY ONE
-CATEGORY TWO
CONTACT

So at the least how can I create a link to a section on a page and include that in the menu?
