Header logo placement in mobile (WordPress Theme)

I have selected the third header layout (http://i.imgur.com/bskpQsW.png) with the logo on the right side. Unfortunately this isn’t the case in mobile layout:

In mobile portrait mode (iPhone, iPad) the logo is left, the navigation and search icon to the right. I want to swap that (logo right, navigation and search icon left). How do I do that?

I need a solution for this.

In addition, please add a configuration option in the theme options for this. Thank you!
