I’m having the same problem. The logo resizes, but the sticky header does not. I tried the fixes offered in the this thread but they did not help. Thanks for looking into this for us.

I used this custom css code Admin -> Theme Options -> Custom CSS :-

div#header-sticky-wrapper.sticky-wrapper.is-sticky header#header.sticky-header.clearfix.sticky-header-resized{
height:100px !important;
}
