Hello
I’m having trouble getting my logo to appear in line. I want it to look like the attached (currently the header height is too high and the logo is only partially visible or when it is all in view the header height jumps too high. I’ve tried adjusting padding, height override and other settings in theme options but not sure how to resolve this properly. I have various options for the logo in my media library items including with one with more height and one with exact dimensions (so no additional height above logo) in case it helps to see what I’m working with.
I also added a different shopping bag icon, which is currently being cut off. Do I need to ensure it’s the same dimensions as the original or is there a way to show all of it?
Many thanks

MohammadSeptember 13, 2016 at 7:27 am #291614Thank you Mohammad! That’s great. I’ll go ahead and upload a slightly smaller version, hopefully it’ll still be in full view then.
I do want to lose the space above and below the logo so the header height is shallower (example attached) and was having trouble achieving it. Is there anything that can be done?

In Theme Options > Logo Options reduce the top/bottom padding

September 13, 2016 at 1:06 pm #291678Thanks Kyle. I’ve done lots of playing around in the header options and currently the padding value is ‘0’ yet there is still a lot of space above and below the logo. I managed to get the row height the desired dimensions however this pushed the logo below onto the hero banner. Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks

I would like to reduce the space above and below the logo by half so it looks like it does in the attachment. Really appreciate you helping with this, let me know if not possible.
Thanks
September 16, 2016 at 7:22 am #292017Hi
Your logo is the full height of the header, because you have white space above and below the black mark. You should crop this space out and reupload your logo

MohammadSeptember 16, 2016 at 7:34 am #292023Hi Kyle
I’ve tried lots of different options for the logo dimensions to try and sort this. I have swapped the logo for one with no around it space and now the header is the perfect height but the logo has disappeared?

September 16, 2016 at 8:21 am #292038That’s strange. I’ve cleared my cache and tried Chrome, Firefox and IE and still can’t see the logo, see attached (any ideas what’s going on with the collection button?) I will try again on another computer …

I’m sorry to come back on this but I’ve done some cross-browser tests and the logo in the header isn’t showing in those. Would you recommend I abandon this and go for a taller header in order to see the logo?
