Header disappeared on Mobile

The header image for the blog on the mobile menu isn’t showing up. Is there a way to fix this?

HI Mohammed,
As you can see from the attached screen shots, according to the settings, the header should be transparent (just the regular menu, the sticky menu is fine the way it is). Option 3 is supposed to act like options 4 and 5, but it doesn’t- as you can see, it’s still white.

Also, could you please let me know about the mobile menu?

Hi I’ve updated the theme.. no such luck. Same issue- it’s still showing up white.
Also, I really need to resolve the mobile menu issue.. Please let me know.
There is one last concern, the site is loading very slowly. Any suggestions?

It’s showing up transparent because it’s set on option 5 right now. On option 3 it does not, it shows up as white. We’d like to use option 3, and we will do so once the problem is fixed. Please let me know what to do.

Hi, I switched to header 3 and it’s still transparent!

So sorry if we’re talking about different things here, but I cannot figure out the problem!

On another note, please reduce your slider image sizes, the file

e.g. has 2+ MB, which is way too big. Make sure they are around 200KB max.
