    Please remove that one and try this code . It should work 100% . 

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
#header-section{background:none !important;}
.header-advert{display:none;}
}

    Please remove and put code after line 429 . And please remove } from line 371 . Why did you put any code at line 317 ?

    Note -: Please CTRL + Z and take a backup of header.php first .
