    I added image header and the top bar.
    How do I dub you header background image?

    How do I move the image to align it, remove the inconsistencies?

    Doesn’t look like you’ve cropped the images correctly, I can’t seem to line them up to fit flush

    I aligned the code
    .container {
    padding-top: 4px;
    }
    But I displaces entire website?

    Remove that code, add this:

    #top-bar {
  height: 40px;
}
