    I try to create a fixed white header above my site banner.
    Can’t find this in the Theme option panel?

    Hi

    You’ve set the naked header for that page

    Edit the page, scroll down to Page Meta > Page Header and set it to standard

    Can you tell me where I can adjust the height of the header?

    Go to Theme Options > Header Options, the height of the header is the logo height plus the header padding
