How can I use make my header image like our existing? Our existing was built in wp by are deisgn agency. we are now building a new product based website inhouse.

I want to use the same header (or similar) that we currently have on our current site http://www.garsons.co.uk for our new product based site shop.garsons.co.uk

how is this possible?

Unfortunately it’s not possible, it is a different theme. If you wanted to make our theme’s header look and work like that you would need to hire a developer

You can set the image as the background for the header if you wish

Well if you want it to look like your old site then it would just be the header bg

im uploading this via background options but its not going in my header is going to the left side.

I think when I change it from auto to cover it works except my header background is white not clear so doesn’t show through.

You do not use the background options, you need to use css. Add this to Theme Options > Custom CSS

  background: url(http://shop.garsons.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/Header-01.png) right no-repeat;
}
