Header 4 overlaps team member page

Hello, I have a problem with the header overlapping my content. I use header 3, my logo is 90×90, reszing to 50×50, opacity is 100, full width is off, sticky header is on, header shadow is on.
I used spacing to lower the text, so that there would be no overlapping. But I could not lower the image of the team member.

The problem does not occur if I use header 6. I am including screenshots, because the website is not live, yet.

How can I get rid of this overlapping?

}
