    The fullscreen video is not displaying at full hd quality. The vimeo video link plays full HD. What could be causing the downgrade in quality?

    Also the video background doesn’t seem to work with Safari.

    Hi,

    Have you changed it or cleared your cache it looks really crisp to me?

    Mobile phone browsers such as iPhone Safari will default the video background to the poster image you upload and not play the video.
