This is a custom invitation site, so I needed to add product add-on customizations. I employed gravity forms product add-ons to do so. When I attach the product add-on form to the product, it will no longer at to the cart. If I turn the Atelier theme off and use a default WP theme, the product add-ons work fine.
Here is a link to the test product: https://www.polkadotinvitation.com/product/test-product/
Please advise.
Thanks,
PVJune 9, 2015 at 11:57 pm #183027Hi,
Can we turn on the default WordPress theme to compare the results?
It seems to miss a variation_id in an ajax call.-Rui
June 10, 2015 at 12:04 am #183031Hi Rui,
Thank you for your response. You should have a login if you would like to get in there look around. Do you want me to change the theme or would you like to? If you need me to, let me know what theme you’d like.

June 10, 2015 at 8:43 pm #183364Hey there,
Do you have any further word on this? This issue is holding us back from the buildout. I need to know if this can be fixed or if I need to get a refund and find another theme. I really dig this theme though. I just need to know.
Thanks,

June 11, 2015 at 12:54 am #183416Thank you, Rui. Since I’m new to this, would you mind letting me know what that means in terms of timeframe, will someone get into touch with me, when?, etc.
Thanks,
PVJune 11, 2015 at 1:01 am #183417Hi PV,
I’ve just had a look for you. We’re prepping the next update release, so I’d like to get this fixed for you with that update.
Can you provide me with the relevant plugins needed to test locally, so that I can find a resolution for the issue?
Thanks,
– Ed
June 11, 2015 at 1:54 am #183425Hi Ed,
The plugins that I’m using are…
WooCommerce Advanced Product Quantities
WooCommerce Min/Max Quantities
WooCommerce – Gravity Forms Product Add-OnsThank you for your reply. Do you happen to know when this update will be released?

June 11, 2015 at 1:30 pm #183612Hi Ed,
I also just noticed that the WooCommerce Thumbnail Input Quantities does not work properly on the theme when there is a product add-on form attached to the product. Even when the WooCommerce Thumbnail Input Quantities is disabled, the product does not all you to add to the cart from the thumbnail like the theme should allow.
Screenshots attached.

June 12, 2015 at 12:48 pm #183969That would be righteous, Ed. Thank you.
June 12, 2015 at 1:05 pm #183975Check your site now?

June 12, 2015 at 1:27 pm #183983Add to cart and wish list both work now. The only problem I’m seeing now is the add to cart via thumbnail is not working. You can see if it you hover over the test product on the home page versus the one next to it.

Also, it does not look like the quantity on the gravity form is jiving with the product quantity. What should be done about this?
Man, it’s almost there. This is great!

June 12, 2015 at 1:47 pm #183991Can you test disabling those plugins to see if they cause the icon to not show? Variable product icon shows fine on our demos.
Hmm – does the quantity properly update on the default WordPress theme?
