Gravity Forms Add On (Atelier)

Hi Guys,

I also encountered this with Neighbourhood but you gave me a solution back in the days (more then year ago).
When you install Gravity Forms product add on and you have a form in the product page it breaks the ajax add to cart animation.

If you switch of the animation from woocommerce settings it works but then there is no ajax animation. I need the animation so that my customers see that a product has been added to the shopping basket.

Can you provide me the solution to have Gravity Product add on working with add to cart animation?

Hi,

Are you using ajax in your gravity forms?
If you are try to disable it, if not try to activate it.

Thanks for the fast reply but it doesn’t come with the option to turn ajax on or off.

Try to change the shortcode like this adding the ajax parameter. Just to see if it works.

[gravityform id="1" ajax="true"]

The ajax option appears when you create the shortcode in the WordPess Editor.

But the Gravity Forms Product Add ons plugin is not a shortcode that you put in editor.

I just checked and the problem is that the Woocommerce Ajax option only works for simple products and doesn’t work for variable ones.

Check this variable product in our demo site.

Unfortunately that’s the way it works at the moment.
