It seems that is only a color issue, since the base color of the emails it’s the same of the background so you can’t see some part of the information
I changed the base color in Woocomerce-> Emails ( I already reverted it to #FFF again)

I also had to install a plugin called email log that logs every email that goes out, and that allowed me to see how the email result was. I didn’t delete it because I think it’s useful but go ahead and delete it if you don’t think it’s necessary.
After changing the colors can you confirm if this is ok?
