Gravity Forms

I have read through as much of your forum as i could to avoid asking this question. We currently use Neighborhood and are upgrading to Atelier, which is sitting in staging environment now.
We have updated all plugins and Gravity Forms is no longer showing up on our product pages. All are Simple Products and we also use GF Product Add-ons. When we switch to different theme (neighborhood, twenty fifteen, classic) the forms show up, but on Atelier they are not showing up.

In earlier version we were seeing the forms but could not add any items to cart.

I am hoping there is a solution – we love this theme and spent a lot of time working on it. I can give you access to our admin – just let me know if you that would help troubleshoot.

Have you tested this with the Ajax off? Theme Options => WooCommerce Options => Product Options => Add to cart ajax => Off.

Yes – i tested with Ajax disabled – and it still does not show up.
Let me know if you have any ideas on why it may not be showing up.

Can you make an additional test by activating the default WordPress theme Twenty 16 to see if the gravity forms is there on the product page.

i set the theme to Default Twenty 16 and form works.

Hi Frank,

Those login details are not working for me, can you test and confirm those?

– Please set the performance mode to Off within the Theme Options => General settings also as I notice a jQuery error on the console log.

Please ensure the theme is updated to the latest 1.9.81 version.

Resend the email didn’t worked(didn’t received the email), so I was trying to do a new order but it seems the Gravity Forms isn’t working in the product page since the cart isn’t updated.

This error is displaying in the javascript console

I was trying to an order. Can you do me a favor.
Can you complete a new order and send the final link when the order is registered(i think it has the order number in the url)

So I can hit that url and see if the order comes up or not, probably I will have to debug it on the templates.
