    On a testing server I’ve been loading different demos playing around with things to see what will best work for my clients site. I installed the crowdfunding demo content and when I go to the register page it looks to be missing the form [appthemer_crowdfunding_register]. Is this a gravity form? I ask as in the documentation it talks about installing the premium plugins – Gravity is listed, but the plugin is not included. Should it be? Am I missing something?

    Hi Kendall,

    That is part of the crowdfunding plugin, although I’m pretty sure register forms can be created in Gravity Forms.

    I assume Gravity forms plugin came with Cardinal – I may have deleted it – is there an easy way to reinstall it? Not in my download folder

    No it doesn’t come with the theme, it’s a premium plugin. You need to purchase a license from http://www.gravityforms.com/
