    Hi,

    Our site has now gone live and we are really happy with it. But we have a new problem, we can’t add the link to facebook. After looking into it further it appears facebook are seeing it as spam as a wordpress/blog site.

    I have gone into google web master tools to verify the site, but is saying that our google analytics code is in the wrong location on the site? Very strange as we have pasted it into the themes box in the back office and have it is working google analytics, but still won’t verify!

    Hi Jo,

    I’ve checked your site’s source code and can’t see any Google Analytics code – where are you adding it?

    To verify with Webmaster’s Tools, you can also upload a HTML file to your site’s root folder – try that in the meanwhile, until we solve the issue with Analytics.

    Hi Cosmin,

    I have added it under supreme option > General options > Tracking codePaste your Google Analytics (or other) tracking code here. This will be added into the footer template of your theme. NOTE: Please include the script tag.

    It is actually corresponding with analytics, how many hits etc on the site.

    Ok thanks I’ll upload to the root folder for thetime being.

    I am now able to see your Google Analytics code in the source code of your site, so everything should be working fine.
