Google Rich Snippets Error when the Product is 'On Sale'

Hi, the theme uses Google Rich Snippets, which works fine.
But when a product is on sale, then the Rich Snippet Validator (http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets) throws an error: “Incomplete microdata with schema.org.”

The sourcecode looks as following, where the error seems to be in itemprop=”price”:

					<p itemprop="price" class="price"><del><span class="amount">10&nbsp;&euro;</span></del> <ins><span class="amount">8&nbsp;&euro;</span></ins> <small class="woocommerce-price-suffix">(Includes VAT)</small></p>
					
					<meta itemprop="priceCurrency" content="EUR" />
					
					<link itemprop="availability" href="http://schema.org/InStock" />				
				</div>	

Additionally, is it possible to exclude the availability information, as I’m having digital products only. I tried to remove the line from woocommerce/single-product/price.php, once in my child theme and once in the original, but without success.

Last 2 questions:
1) Will this be updated in the core files and shipped via the next major update?
2) Can you hide the “In Stock / Out of stock” if the Woocommerce Setting > Product Inventory > “Stock Display Format” is set to “Never show stock amount”?

This will closes the loop 🙂

It only shows the 1st Level categories and only the categories with product. I made a search in your site and it’s working fine.
