    Hello,
Google maps shows pin in the middle of the Atlantic Sea. When you click on the icon it redirects you to the correct maps URL.

    Thank you,

    Ruben

Hi, first of all, I love your theme! Sadly I have the same issue with google maps showing a pin in middle of the ocean. Yet when the pin is clicked it takes me to the correct position.

    Thank you in advance,

    Daniel

    Hey,

Within the past couple of weeks we’ve had a lot of issues with google maps reciently, I’ll make sure Ed knows that issues are going on

Are you getting any other errors or just in the wrong place?

    Thanks
    Ben

Well, see for yourself. The zoom-controls are also messed up.

    (I’m using flexform btw)

    Thanks
    Daniel

I’m having the same problem where the map pin is in the ocean west of Africa? When you click on the pin, a new tab will open in the browser with the correct address that I entered in the contacts web page builder.

Has anyone else resolved this problem? I would be glad to provide my login info to the support staff.

    Thanks very much

    Hey Ruben,

Your map appears to be working fine?

    @mattschilling
    – can you check you have URL File Access enabled on your server?

    Hi Ed,

I’ve spent a significant amount of time with tech support with my server company (1and1 hosting) They asked me to upload a php.ini file that containing this code “allow_url_fopen = On”. We uploaded this file and my problem is still not fixed. They said they do have url file access on and my file is in the correct location. They are saying it is a glitch with the map file or plugin in. I’ve told them it is not a plugin and these files work on several other websites using the same wordpress theme. It seems I’m at an impasse, any suggestions?

    Thanks!

    Matt

    Hello Ed,

Now it seems to be working fine but I had the problem for a couple of days. Thank you for your time and help, though.
