Can someone help me figure out why my map on the contact page is not displaying the correct address? It’s typed in correctly.

Hi,

The latest version of the theme fixed the maps issues (version 1.4.3), but you will need to make sure you have URL file access enabled on your server, otherwise it won’t work.

Hi Cosmin,

I apologize if this was answered more clearly somewhere else (most directions were vague), but I have never updated to a newer version of your Flexform theme before, and the only instructions I found said to delete the existing theme and upload then new one. If this is the best way can I accomplish this by importing both the WP xml export file AND the Flexform export file after the new theme install?

Guys, you can also update your theme from Dashboard>Updates.

Hi there,

If you have the child theme enabled, then please change to the parent theme before trying to update. You can also see the update link in Appearance > Themes, or download it here – http://cl.ly/QMcj

Hi, I’ve update to Flexform 1.4.3 but I’ve the same problem with Google map. Same days before all worked perfectly and now my map doesn’t work. Please tell how to eliminate this problem. I don’t use the child theme and I don understand your comments: “you will need to make sure you have URL file access enabled on your server, otherwise it won’t work”. So what more I have to do besides the update?

@inma – if you ask your web host to enable URL File Access, they should happily be able to do it for you.
