After multiple attempts and different postal addresses, API keys and using other peoples computers I’ve finally got the maps back. I’d love to know why they disappeared in the first place.

really strange, there’s a chance of being a mistake from the Google maps API, they also make mistakes.

Hi Rui, http://www.lilstone.co.uk contact us page showed the map for a few hours, then it disappeared. I thought I resolved the issue, clearly spoke to soon. Is there any help you can offer, or am I best focussing my attention towards Google. I’ve tried on multiple accounts, multiple API Keys and for some reason the theme just ignores everything. If you can help in any way possible I’d be so grateful.

We are reached our limits regarding what we can do in this situation. It’s a very awkward situation that I think it’s already already the theme code since we didn’t changed any functionality regarding the Google maps API.

Better contact them.

Just to add some color here. My maps also just quit workink when i did updates. They worked before even when i didnt have na API key!

@cchaynes indeed. The update now requires an API, previously the Google maps did not.

We you need your site url and the url of the page where you have the map.
We will also need admin credentials to check your settings.
