I have my fonts set to “Lato”(headings) and “Source Sans Pro”(body) but I keep seeing the backup font family “Helvetica”. The Lato font is working in the Revolution slider content

    Hi,

It’s likely permissions issue, on /wp-content folders and within – ensure this is 755 recursive and the same group owner as WordPress.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.

From what I can tell the permissions are all correct. I have 30 sandboxed development sites on this server and I am not having any permissions issues with any of the sites.

    Hi,

Okay, I ask our developer to take a look at the issue. Because the typography settings are taken.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.

The Lato font is being output to the source, but can’t see the styles applied to the h1 when inspecting – likely because of any changes you may have made in the header/plugins that could be conflicting.

Thanks found the problem. I thought I had checked all the plugins but it was a plugin called “Gravity Forms CSS Themes Free”

    For future reference.
