    Dear Sirs,

    I am trying to insert the Google tracking code into “Tracking code” option from Theme Options – General Options. I have waited 48 hours and Google Analytics still says that the status of the site is “Tracking Not Installed”. Is there anything else I am missing ? Should I wait more ? The tracking code script seems to be ok and I’ve only copied it.

    Thank you in advance,

    Vlad

    Mine is also not working. I’ve made an update to the code itself, but it’s not showing up in the page code.

    Hi,
    I dont see any error at your page and hope it should work without any problem. You can try Google Analytics plugin.
    Thanks

    There’s no error. I made a change to my analytics code in Theme Options, but it’s not showing up on my site.

    Yes. I see it there. It’s working, in a sense. Perhaps I should have started a new topic.

    I made a change to the tracking code. The change is not showing up. When I view the source. I added:

    ga(‘require’, ‘displayfeatures’);

    Above:

    ga(‘send’, ‘pageview’);

    But it’s not connecting to the footer for some reason.

    Hi,

    Like Mohammad said the code is there in the page source. Nothing related to the theme.
    Can you see the normal visitor statistics in google analytics?

    Yes. Things are showing up, just not that change.

    However, I deactivated then reactivated all plugins and now I’m seeing it. So maybe it’s related to that?

    If the analytics it’s working it means that the script is correct. Probably missing you something in you google analytics to use this code properly. ga(‘require’, ‘displayfeatures’);
