Google Analytics Outbound Click Tracking

Hi,

First off – awesome theme! Really functional and flexible! 🙂

I’m having a a bit of trouble setting up Google Analytics event tracking to track outbound links and was wondering if anyone has solution for this? Our products are downloaded from third party sites, so we need to track outbound clicks to these sites to setup goals, etc.

I’m using the Google Analytics for WordPress plugin, which is tracking normal visits, etc well, but not events. I’ve tried to Google various solutions, but can’t get any to work. Can anyone help?

Please try to use this plugin https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/google-analytics/.
Note-: Please remove also your google analytics code at theme options or another place before using it.

I’ve installed it and checked “Track outbound clicks & downloads”, but still not tracking the clicks?
