Go Pricing Tables – Cannot Update

Cannot update the Go Pricing Tables plugin. Access to website provided, please resolve asap, and let me know of the reason this is happening.

Hi,

Those automatic updates are only available for the customers that purchase directly the plugin in GoPricing plugin page.
You should be able to update in Appearance-> Install plugins but I can’t see that option that means that you server somehow is blocking that option.

Can you check why that install required plugins is not showing under the appearance tab?

Already tried that. That option is there, but when pressing force update it says no permission.

I can’t see that option, not sure if you are using the same user.

In that case delete the plugin and install it again. It should install you the latest version, you won’t lose any data.

Deleted the Plugin, reinstalled via appearance – install plugins, but still 3.3.3 Release Date – August 12, 2016

3.3.3 is the version we package with the theme currently.

Will assign this to Ed(lead dev) to amend the updater version check if required, the latest versions to double check this are: http://swiftideas.com/extras/plugins/sf-plugin-versions.txt.

We have just updated this to 3.3.5 – you should be able to force an update now.
