Global Header is not editable in widgets

To whom it concerns,

I have 2 questions.

1)
First I can’t edit the global header in the widgets. İt does not show me any text area to edit. Screenshot is attached.

2)
On my homepage alperbozdemir.com could you please tell me how to arrange the featured products there. How to put them in the right order?
I want them to look like in the demo? Screenshot is attached. I want the exact order like on the demo.

Hi there,

1) You need to drag widgets to these areas to add content.

2) There are ordering options within the plugin, although these need to be taken lightly, as the multi-masonry script has to align the products, so it makes them fit as needed by adjusting the order.

1) Click on a Text widget, drag the Text widget into the Global Header Banner Widget area.

2) The settings are here: Dashboard => WooCommerce Settings => Products => Display => Shop & product pages
