Getting Started, Installing Demos

Hello there!

Little of a dumb question but I’m having trouble getting started with my theme. Where do I start editing the homepage? And is there a possible way I can have the documentation from some of the Demos on the website to use for mine? I would love to try the Landing page, Classic and Appstatic! But how do I import them to my site?

To import the demo’s, use the Uplift demo content importer plugin. Have you done this yet?

Hello, David Martin.

Despite having installed Uplift demo content importer plugin and having accessed the “Uplift Demo” section on the side bar menu, what I get is a site to select 1 out of 9 options: Uplift Demo Site, Startup Demo, Agency Demo, Cafe Demo, Goods Demo, Landing Demo, Corporate Demo, Magazine Demo and Agency Two Demo.

However there is no “Appstatic Demo” importer nor a file selector to upload the XML with the full demo content.

How do I get access to AppStatic demo?

It’s a page template that is inside the page builder.

Click in Save items-> Page Templates

That seems a cache issue in your browser, try to purge the cache or login in a different browser.
Can you provide us the site url and admin credentials to have a look?
