    Hi,

The page starts with a full-width parallax which works fine most of the times. Sometimes, after we make small content/text changes, the parallax shrinks as in the screenshot attached (you can see the white, empty content of both sides).

Could you please let me know what could affect this behaviour?

    Thank you,
    Costin

    Hi Costin,

    Initially I cannot replicate.

    What browser/OS are you using?

Any specific steps I should do to help replicate this?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thank you for your answer. We are 3 persons doing changes on the website. Sometimes the error is appearing after using PC and sometimes after using Mac. Usually, we use Windows/Chrome.

Try and make a small text change, as adding a dot. I can’t tell you what steps to follow as it’s only rarely appearing. I was thinking that maybe it’s something that you have encountered in the past/for other websites.

    Thank you,
    Costin

Sorry Costin, I cannot replicate this. I have tried multiple times.

What Windows version/browser are you also using?

    Hi,

Now you can see the page with the issue. The page https://friendsyachting.com/ro/vacanta-yacht-grecia/ changes design when I update it. All 3 photos from parallax are get narrower.
I’ve done changes using different OS, including Windows and Mac. The last change I made was on Mac, using Chrome, v. 57.0.2987.110 (64-bit)
I just did an update without actually changing anything. Just push the update button to see if the page flicks, and it did.

Please let me know your thoughts.

    Thank you,
    Costin

You need to update Yoast plugin. It’s causing some issues in the admin area and not sure if that can influence the content of the page.

Update Yoast and try to edit the page again so we can be sure.

We did. Now we have used Windows, Chrome and Explorer and the issue is still present.

    Please advise,
    Costin

    Hi Costin,

On that page, the page builder had reverted to classical mode. You needed to enable the page builder and then re-save the page.

The page builder must be active for full width mode.

The problem was the Page Builder was not active and saved on that page.

With the PB active + the page saved it’s now fullwidth as expected.

    Thanks.
