Full Text Box with Alt color

I’ve added a full text box with Alt 2 background color to my homepage firstsecuritypower.com.

I noticed some changes and problems after that:

It removed the link css style I’ve set up but it only affects the middle column’s link “View More.” As you can see, the left and right links are green and centered while the middle link isn’t. I’ve tried removing the full text box but it won’t change anything. There shouldn’t be anything wrong with the link because it has the same html and css coding as the other two columns.

Second: Is there a way to remove the arrow at the bottom of the text box with Alt 2 background?

Third: How can I remove the white space between the Revolution Slider and the full text box?

.full-width-text:after{display:none !important;}

.inner-page-wrap.no-top-spacing {margin-top: -41px !important;}

You need to check the content of middle box for link.
