This site is the homepage for a local school in my community and some users in the school (and the domain) do not see the news list on the frontpage. A screenshot is attached for you guys to view. It does not matter what browser the users open the website in, its always like this.

    Hi,

Not sure if you did anything but I’m seeing it fine.

Can you try to clear the browser cache and try again?

Everything is ok when I view the site but like I said this only happens to some users who are on the school domain. I updated the theme after I started the support ticket so I’m waiting for confirmation from my client about this. I thought I had the latest version but I was wrong so I updated everything.

To confirm, this happens on all browsers, just for users within the school domain?

Let us know what they report back?

    Thanks,
    David.

Yes you are right, the domain is also for the whole municipality here and I have confirmation from other users at the main office that everything is fine on the site now. Still waiting to hear from the assistant principal from the school about this. If he clears things up we have this resolved 🙂

This is still a problem. Attached is a screenshot, Google Chrome on the left and Internet Explorer on the right. Also a screenshot of the browser versions attached.

I also have confirmation now that ALL users on this domain can not see the news list (fréttir) on the frontpage. I have never had a problem like this, any suggestions ?

I am fairly sure this JS error is caused by a 3rd party plugin.

I have seen countless issues relating to these:

    -NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati
    -NextGEN Pro by Photocrati

    1) Please disable those and re-test
    2) If that does not resolve it, please disable all plugins and re-test

    Thanks,
    David.
