I have installed Gravity Forms and made two email signup forms: one for the top header on the Revolution Slider and one at the bottom on the text box.

The top form doesn’t show the email field but the bottom one shows the email field just fine.

    How can I fix this?

I didn’t have problems when using MailChimp but I prefer to use Gravity Forms.

Ok, I’ve attached a screenshot. The field is basically invisible or not there.

    Hi,
How and where did you insert form code in revolution slider?
    Thanks
    Mohammad

    Hi,

Try to activate the default WordPress theme to see if you can see the content of the form?

    Rui:

This is what I get when I use the default theme:
    [showcase_layerslider revslider_shortcode=”signup” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”] [fullwidth_text alt_background=”none” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”]

However, the rest of the page shows and the bottom form is showing

    Mohammad:
I simply used the shortcode for the form on the html box on the slide: [gravityform id=1]

    Hi

Unfortunately this may be an issue with Gravity forms if you say it worked fine with Mailchimp, neither the slider or gravity forms are our product therefore we can not provide support for this issue.

The developer of Gravity forms should be able to help you with this

    I hope you understand

I just thought it might be a theme or revolution slider issue since the form shows properly in text boxes but not within revolution slider. I’ll contact Gravity Forms for support.

More than likely a problem with Gravity forms being in rev slider, maybe it’s not supported, you’ll have t ask them
