    If you delete the /woocommerce/emails folder within Neighborhood, does it work correctly?

    I moved the “emails” folder from neighborhood to child theme of neightborhood.
    I deleted the the folder “emails” of neighborhood.

    Emails are working fine but footer still not shown.

    That will still reference the same files. Make sure you don’t have the folder in either the child or parent theme, and then try again.

    Yes but do you have the email folder in your child theme still? Remove it please.
