Footer divider not showing

Hi, I have my footer divider enabled in the theme options, but it is not showing on my webpages. Below is a link to a webpage so you can see what I am referring to. Perhaps the border is set to white somewhere which is why it is not showing?

I would like to have a line above the footer for separation (I am assuming that is what the footer divider is). In the color customizer I see a footer border color option, but that puts a border on the top and bottom, which is not what I am looking for. I just want a divider line above the footer.

Also, is there a way to reduce the amount of space above the footer. It seems to drop down way below the page.

Hi Mohammad, that worked for the divider thanks.

But is there also a way to reduce the amount of space above the divider line? As mentioned in my email above, the footer area seems to be well below the rest of the pages.
