    Hi.

    I’m having an issue with the footer of our site. When I change the colors for it (Appearance -> Customize) the preview corresponds to what I’m choosing… but the live site footer always stays black!!

    Would appreciate if you can have a look with the login details I have given you and that you could give me some feedback.

    Hi,

    Maybe some plugin is creating conflicts. I disable all plugins and saved the colors again and it changed the footer color.
    Try to do the same and enable the plugins one by one or several at each time to figure out the problematic one.
