Hello,
I am facing a very strange issue.
Can you please take a look at my site http://montag.mystagingwebsite.com/
see that how fonts are loading. go through multiple pages and you will see significant difference between page load.

The theme you’re using seems to be customized quite heavily. Can you try if the same happens with just Flexform?

Yes, I changed theme to Parent Flexform and it appears to be the same as it is doing in child theme. Fonts are loading very late. Something wrong with fonts.

The problem is that you’re having quite some images that are being loaded before the text is loaded. So if you reduce the image file sizes it will speed up the loading times.
