Fontawesome Icons missing after Update

Hej

I just updated the theme to v1.52. Now the Fontawesome Icons ar not anymore visible, please see here: http://po.st/tIBMR2.

Untill now the icons are written like this:

[chart percentage="100" size="170" barcolour="#1bbeb4" trackcolour="#baebe8" content="icon-building" align="center"]

But if i go to http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icons/ can i see that with version 4 it has to be like:

fa-building-o

And when i write someting like this:

[chart percentage="100" size="170" barcolour="#1bbeb4" trackcolour="#baebe8" content="fa-building-o" align="center"]

the icon is still not viewable… What to do? Thank you very mutch for your support!

Just to say: I did not used the last update before this one – is this a possible failure?

As i can see here http://neighborhood.swiftideas.net/shortcodes/charts-progress-bars/ is there the same problem (you can see the text icon-bar-chart instead of the fontawesome icon…).

Hi, we recently updated the way fontawesome is included as far as I know, so maybe the developer forgot to rename the shortcode in the content 🙂

Thank you for your message/link Ed but it did not affect 🙁 I can see here http://neighborhood.swiftideas.net/shortcodes/charts-progress-bars/ that it works there…?!

The problem seems to be around the update of the fontawesom version to 4.0.3.

The old notation of the icons was something like “icon-building”. Now its like “fa-building-o”. If i use this notation i get the same result like on the screenshot attached my post from January 2, 2014 at 12:51 pm above.

Make sure you are on the latest version of the theme.

Hi,

I just purchased this nice Neighborhood Theme unfortunately with the same FontAwsome icon-/ fa- issue.
I think i’ve the latest version (vers 1.55).

This problem appears only on the Mac in Firefox (ver.26), Safari en Chrome works fine.

What to do? (I’m on a tight schedule) hoping for some help with this.
