Hi,

Just wondering, is the theme compatible with font-face?

I have added a few fonts with font-face and it is almost working fine. I’m using it for the body text as well as some headings.

After adding paragraphs and save the page, the font-face is working fine when viewing the page. When I go back to edit the page the fonts revert back to a Google font. I would then have to re-apply paragraph styles to get the font-face to work again.

This is only happening after updating the theme earlier today.

I know font-face did work with Dante so not sure if anything changed dramatically with the page builder?

Bit of a weird problem. Any idea?

Hi @bram1974,

Have you tried using the custom font upload in the latest version?

Theme Options > Font Control. Upload there, and then you can select in Theme Options > Font Options.

No! I did it the old fashioned way 😉 Not knowing I could upload a custom font. Will give it a go!

Hi, Font control is not really working for me. Tried several different fonts. I can upload the, select them in font options but the website shows Times or Georgia font.

That situation is identified. It’s an issue in the Redux Framework that the Redux Team is fixing and should be available soon.

This seems to be relate with file permission. Can you check server security settings?
Also can you check the server logs to see if exists any error?

Issue is because it’s your topic, private replies are meant to be visible between author + support. Will need to make some plugin amendments for this, but for now will advise support team to request users to log their own topic with details until we change this!
