It’s a laptop issue…the theme is not resizing on the laptops.

I have Windows 7, 64bits running on laptop and I have a MacBook Pro, running 10.6. I have to reduce the browser to 50% to view the whole page.

    Any help?

The theme looks fine on my iMac. I haven’t tried a desktop PC…not many around anymore.

    Hey,

Have you any active plugins or additional CSS added? Should work fine in that browser.

I have not additional CSS added…pluggins are:
    Calendarize It! for WordPress
    CP Google Maps
    Duplicate Post
    Easy WP SMTP
    LayerSlider WP
    Leaflet Maps Marker ®
    Ninja Forms
    Quform
    White Label Branding for WordPress
    WP-Members
    WP Catalogue
    Z-News

On the laptop..it’s not resizing for both PC and Mac, ?.

So, I have to wait another 3 days for your response?
Not really convenient when this is a client’s website that I am working on.

    Hi,

Sorry for the delay, support isn’t available over weekends and we also have staff shortage (to be fixed soon, though).

Until I get access to a IE10 PC tomorrow, can you please try disabling plugins one by one, testing each time if the issue is resolved? Maybe there’s a plugin conflict.

Also, note that we can help only with IE versions installed natively – that is, we cannot support IE emulators (I suppose this is not the case for you, right?)

    Regards,
