    Hi Swiftideas team,

    I just updated 2 installations from WP 4.1 to 4.21, then the flexform from 1.62 to 1.65: no problems. Then I installed WP on my site foodfreaks.ch. Unfortunately all theme configurations get lost. The color configurations are still fine. Also the widgets content (mainly text) is lost. Do you have any idea what could happened? Maybe the configurations are stored in a file somewhere outside the theme folder? Or are they stored in the DB?

    Can’t reach your login page, but from what you said the database seems to be reseted. Our theme update doesn’t change anything in the Database, our update only change the theme files in the server. The custom css is stored in the database.

    Don’t you have any DB backup that you can restore? No much we can do in this situation.

    Sorry, I just had the idea that the problem with the “unvisible” widget content might be related to the German umlauts are not proper displayed. In the menu: Hauptmenu, the Menu “Blog” has 4 submenus. The 3. submenu is called “Kochbücher & Filme” as you can see in the frontend. But if you check the menu folder the content of this submenu is not visible. Is that a problem of the theme or of WP?

    Those configurations and the widgets are stored in the database.
    They shouldn’t disappear that easily without something that deletes it.

    The theme update only change the theme files inside the server.
