    Hi

    Sorry just checked it, likely because there’s 9 questions in one topic, we are only allowed to spend 10 minutes max per reply to get through the long list of topics. It would help us massively if you split the topic up into separate topics, if a couple of the questions are related then stick them in the same one, but I see most of them are about different things.

    Splitting them up into several topics makes it more efficient for us as more than one member of staff can be dealing with your issues and allows us to get them resolved quicker
