    Hello SwiftIdeas team,

    I’m facing issues with file permissions in the backend, it shows a file permissions error. I searched for a solution in other topics, but I can’t manage to solve this issue.

    Here’s the error: We were unable to modify required files. Please ensure that /home/wintterc/public_html/wp-content/uploads/ has the proper read-write permissions, or modify your wp-config.php file to contain your FTP login credentials as outlined here..

    PS: I tried to set the FTP data in the wp-config file and set 777 permissions in uploads folder.

    Its server related issue. Please contact at hosting provider about this issue.

    Hello Mohammad,

    I’ve already contacted my hosting provider and they said it’s everything working normally.

    There’s some specific server configuration to set to get this issue working?
